About Rawley

Rawley joined Broderick Group in 2019 with a focus on industrial lease and sale transactions for the Eastside and North End.  In addition to tenant representation and listing existing products, Rawley has been involved in multiple ground-up new development projects in the Everett and Arlington submarkets. 

After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Biology, Rawley spent five years in the medical device space before transitioning to commercial real estate.  In his spare time, you may find Rawley fishing, skiing, backpacking, or spending time with his young family near their home in North Bend.
