About Lauren

Lauren graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2017 before moving to San Francisco to pursue a career in commercial real estate. She began her real estate career at CBRE, with a focus on retail leasing in the Bay Area. In 2019, Lauren joined UBS as an asset management Analyst, covering office, industrial, and retail assets across all major West Coast markets. She was subsequently promoted to Associate Director at UBS, taking on direct asset manager responsibilities for a variety of asset types at all stages of the investment cycle. Prior to joining Broderick, her portfolio encompassed 18 assets representing nearly $3B in value, including office properties in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

Lauren is a Seattle native and lives in Capitol Hill. She joined Broderick in September 2023, and looks forward to leveraging her institutional background and strategic decision-making skills for the benefit of Broderick’s valued clients.
