Larry began his real estate career over 35 years ago with JMB Office Leasing Co, where he was responsible for the successful marketing and lease-up of troubled assets. Following that, he worked on behalf of the Government of Singapore to oversee the leasing of their West Coast office properties.
After 14 years of institutional leasing and asset management, Larry leveraged his knowledge and skills into a 20 year career representing tenants in their office lease negotiations. As part of Seattle’s most prolific tenant representation team, Larry was involved in some of the largest and most complex lease transactions in the market. His clients include professional service and tech companies and his success has been built on creating long term relationships with his clients and aiding them in their real estate management long after leases are signed.
Most recently, Larry was retained by a national developer to assist in the design, marketing and leasing of a unique and significant office campus. Following this assignment he joined the Broderick Group to leverage his in-depth knowledge of both tenant and landlord real estate matters in space evaluation, economic analysis and lease negotiation.
Larry is a Washington state licensed real estate broker, Certified Green Broker and a member of the Pacific Real Estate Institute.
