David Greenwood joined Broderick Group in 2017. Prior to joining Broderick Group, David spent three years at Deloitte & Touche where he earned his CPA designation and audited banking and real estate clients with both local and national affiliations.
Since joining Broderick Group, David has assembled a leasing portfolio of over 3.7 million square feet consisting of a variety of asset types ranging from creative brick and beam assets in Pioneer Square to trophy assets in downtown Seattle and office/life science projects in Bothell. David leverages both his real estate and financial background to formulate successful real estate strategies for his clients.
