About Colin

Colin joined Broderick Group’s Bellevue office in 2020. He specializes in office leasing in the Eastside market, where he represents both landlords and tenants. He currently represents approximately 1.45M SF across an office portfolio of ground up high-rise development to suburban product.

Colin graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Social Sciences. During his time at the University of Washington, Colin lettered as an offensive lineman on the football team, while also serving as a team captain for two years. Colin lives in Seattle with his wife and spends his free time enjoying the great outdoors of the PNW.
