About Lauren
Lauren joined Broderick Group in 2023 with a background in institutional asset management. Prior to Broderick, she was an Associate Director at UBS covering office, industrial, and retail assets across all major West Coast markets. Her direct portfolio encompassed 18 assets representing nearly $3B in value, including office properties in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
Lauren now oversees a Seattle listing portfolio of 2.3M SF and is eager to grow her business representing landlords and tenants in lease transactions.
