Oscar has fifteen years of proven management experience in fast paced, demanding environments, including industry leaders Chevron and CH2M Hill and founded and sold a successful start-up consumer products company with four Seattle locations. Oscar has an extensive track record in forging strategic business partnerships with key clients. Oscar graduated cum laude from University of Texas & Texas A&I University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.
