Tony Ulacia , Principal
Tony joined Broderick Group in 2007 and specializes in representing tenants and landlords with their leasing, disposition, and acquisition of commercial office properties throughout the greater Puget Sound region. Tony currently represents over 2 million square feet of Class A office space and has been involved in over 500 lease and sale transactions.
In 2010, 2014, and 2018, he received the Co-Star Group, Inc. Power Broker award given to the top producers in the greater Seattle commercial real estate market.
Tony graduated from the University of Washington and currently lives on Mercer Island with his wife and two children.
