Steve Henderson has been working in the Eastside/Northend real estate market for over 30 years. After 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield, Steve joined Broderick Group in 1999. Focused primarily on industrial product type, Steve is involved with all types of sale and lease transactions, including user built to suit sales and project development from acquisition of land, through lease-up and asset disposition. Steve grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in business.
