David Greenwood began his career in real estate when he joined Broderick Group in 2018 and specializes in office leasing in the Seattle market where he represents both landlords and tenants. He currently represents approximately 2M SF across a wide ranging portfolio to creative brick and beam assets in Pioneer Square to Class A office towers in the downtown Seattle central business district. David graduated Cum Laude from Gonzaga University with a degree in Business Administration.
