Since then, Broderick Group has continued to represent Smartsheet and has secured multiple spaces within their current building at below-market rates and with above-market tenant improvement allowances.

Since our initial ability to obtain short-term leases at below market rates, Broderick Group has adjusted to Smartsheet’s expanding business. What began as facilitating maximum flexibility at low cost has grown to adding additional lease rights such as options to expand, rights of first offer, and buiding signage.
