Broderick Group assisted Smartsheet in evaluating multiple options in both suburban and downtown Boston before selecting 179 Lincoln as their new Boston office. Smartsheet initially leased 20,000 SF in July of 2017 and is now expanding into another 40,000 SF for a total of 60,000 SF.

Broderick Group worked with Smartsheet to secure favorable lease rates, a generous tenant improvement allowance, and expansion rights. Broderick Group also hired an outside construction management provider to manage the tenant improvement process and keep the project under budget and on time.
