After completing a build to suit facility for NAT and exercising its Option to Purchase the land at the Port of Everett’s Riverside Park, RBP1 (Latitude Development) hired Broderick Group to sell the Property. We developed and distributed a relatively simple Offering Memorandum, coordinated a DropBox containing property information and provided Confidentiality Agreements to interested potential buyers. After a short period of time, we establish an Offer Date. Upon receipt of many offers, we developed a short list, had conversations with candidates and identified a Buyer.

By understanding the motivations and capabilities of the various potential buyers, we were able to identify the best candidate. The sale proceeded without delays. Buyer performed flawlessly, as promised. Latitude Development was able to achieve an attractive sale price and Buyer was able to acquire a unique, brand new investment property with a long-term lease in place.
