Broderick Group represented the prior landlord (Beacon Capital Partners) in the lease up and was involved in the sale of Key Center. The buyer, Kilroy Realty, hired Broderick to continue with the leasing assignment upon their acquisition. Kilroy was faced with a very large vacancy and lease rollover exposure.
