After completing a build to suit facility for NAT and exercising its Option to Purchase the land at the Port of Everett’s Riverside Park, RBP1 (Latitude Development) hired Broderick Group to sell the Property. We developed and distributed a relatively simple Offering Memorandum, coordinated a DropBox containing property information and provided Confidentiality Agreements to interested potential buyers. After a short period of time, we establish an Offer Date. Upon receipt of many offers, we developed a short list, had conversations with candidates and identified a Buyer.

Broderick Group co-represented NAT with its national broker out of Orange County, CA. NAT needed a home for 250 employees, primarily engineers so an attractive setting was important. Riverside Business Park (owned by Port of Everett) offered a unique location with beautiful water and Cascade Mountain Range views. Broderick Group represented Latitude Development and negotiated a land lease including an Option to Purchase with Port of Everett. We simultaneously negotiated a 15-year lease between Latitude Development and NAT.

Broderick Group quickly identified a long time Bellevue developer looking for a building to own and occupy. American Capital Group now owns and occupies 15 Lake Bellevue while the Seller has successfully traded into an income producing multi-family investment.
