Broderick Group Team

Broderick Group was founded in 1997 by highly experienced commercial real estate professionals in the Eastside and Northend markets. Founding Principals include John Black, Al Hodge, Paul Jerue, Paul Sweeney, Jim Kinerk and Jeff Watson. Additional Principals are Jason Furr, Steve Henderson and Chris Langer.

Senior Associate Grant Yerke and Associates Damon McCartney, Joe Razore, Matt Schreck, Justin Johnson, Tyler Slone and Tony Ulacia complete the brokerage team. Assistants Heather Melberg, Maggie Surbridge, Kelly Highsmith and Jennifer Chung work alongside the brokerage team to coordinate market research services and administrative support. Collectively, the Broderick Group brokerage team has over 130 years of commercial real estate experience.
