About Tim

Tim joined Broderick Group in 2025 following his graduation from the University of Washington, where he earned a degree in Real Estate, a minor in Business, and a Professional Sales Certificate from the Foster School of Business. He specializes in Eastside office leasing, providing strategic representation for both landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining Broderick Group, Tim completed two commercial real estate internships, gaining hands-on experience in market analysis and transaction management. His background has equipped him with a strong foundation in navigating complex leasing scenarios and delivering data-driven insights.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys golfing, boating on Lake Washington, and supporting Seattle’s professional sports teams.
