About Lauren

Lauren joined Broderick Group in 2023, specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation in the Seattle office market. She currently oversees a 2.3 million square foot listing portfolio of premier office space throughout Downtown Seattle and surrounding submarkets.

Lauren partners with ownership groups to develop and execute leasing strategies, navigate complex negotiations, and drive absorption in a challenging market environment. Since joining Broderick Group, she has played a key role in the successful lease-up of Smith Tower, helping increase occupancy from approximately 30% to more than 80%.

Prior to joining Broderick Group, Lauren worked in institutional real estate asset management at UBS, where she oversaw a $3 billion portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets across the West Coast. Her institutional ownership background provides a distinct perspective on leasing, allowing her to understand broader investment objectives and structure transactions that create long-term value for her clients.
