About Jeff

Jeff Livingston is an experienced real estate professional who began his career in 2015 and joined the Broderick Group in 2021. He specializes in office and flex leasing, with a focus on the close-in Eastside market. Jeff holds a degree in Finance from the University of Washington.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Jeff is committed to supporting education in underserved communities. He has volunteered with the Dream Project to help first-generation college students navigate the admissions process, and since 2020, he has been teaching personal finance through Junior Achievement in classrooms across the Puget Sound region.
