About Grant

Grant Yerke began his career with Broderick Group Inc. in 2000 after graduating from the University of Washington, where he majored in economics. Grant has been involved in transactions representing over 1,200 companies and property owners.

Currently, Grant oversees the leasing for approximately 5.3 million square feet, including ground up development projects in Bellevue’s Spring District as well as Clarion’s Bellevue CBD 19 story office tower. During the last 5 years he has negotiated over a dozen transactions with Amazon, Microsoft, Meta/Facebook and Google. Grant focuses predominantly on Bellevue-area Class A institutional grade landlord representation, but he has experience in both landlord and tenant representative transactions spanning the Seattle and Eastside markets.
