
Damon McCartney joined the Broderick Group in 2005 after spending two years at CB Richard Ellis in downtown Seattle. His area of focus is office leasing in the downtown Seattle market over the last seven years representing both landlords and tenants.
Damon has been involved in over 700,000 square feet of lease transactions. Most notably Columbia Center and the Second & Seneca Building for Equity Office in Seattle, bringing both buildings to 95 percent occupancy prior to the Equity Office Properties sale in 2007. Damon assisted with lease-up and sale of the Joseph Vance/Sterling Buildings in 2005, bringing both properties to 90 percent occupancy prior to the sale.
His market knowledge and exceptional negotiating skills make him a valuable resource in attaining the best possible real estate package for his clients.
Damon is a graduate of the University of Oregon and currently lives in Issaquah with his wife, Ferrol, and two daughters.
