
Jason Furr joined Broderick Group Inc. at its inception in 1997 after two years at CB Commercial. He has been involved in numerous transactions in Seattle and on the Eastside, including the 560,000 SF lease to Mircosoft at City Center Plaza, 300,000 SF at Symetra Financial, 180,000 SF to Amazon.com at Columbia Center, 350,000 SF to Expedia.com in Bellevue and the 200,000 SF lease to Safeco in Seattle.
His landlord representation has included Beacon Capital; Bentall Corporation; Equity Office Properties; Hines Interests; Legacy Partners; Schnitzer West; and Wright Runstad & Company. Tenant representation has included Blue Cross/Blue Shield; Birch, Buller & Flynn; Cascade Engineering; Danka Corporation; Gerding Edlen & Martin; GM Corporation; Noridian Insurance; Serena Software; Veritas Software; and Washington Mutual.
Jason has also been involved with buying/selling properties for Keystone Development; Legacy Partners; Mastro Properties; NCR Corporation; and Transamerica Realty.
Jason was named principal at Broderick Group Inc. in 2001. He graduated from the University of Washington and lives in Bellevue with his wife, Holly, and their two children.
