Paul specializes in the leasing and sales of Eastside office buildings. With 20 years experience in the Eastside office market, he has represented landlords, tenants, and purchasers/sellers in transactions totaling over 10 million square feet, including the negotiation of three of the largest transactions ever completed in Bellevue (Microsoft 320,000 RSF, Onyx Software 275,000 RSF, Eddie Bauer 221,000 RSF). Paul began his career at CB Commercial where he received the Distinguished Achievement Award (Top First Year Producer) in 1987. Paul was a consistent "Top Ten" producer and Vice President for CB Commercial before leaving in 1997 as one of the founders of Broderick Group, Inc. Paul has been recognized by the Costar Group, Inc (an independent research company) as one of the top brokers in the Puget Sound area, receiving their annual "Power Broker" award every year since it has been presented, starting in 2003.
