Paul has extensive experience in tenant representation, project leasing and investment property sales as well as numerous consulting assignments. He has completed over 8.9 million square feet of tenant representation and project leasing assignments in the Puget Sound area. His real estate experience is represented in a wide array of lease and sale assignments including expansions, consolidations, lease restructures, acquisitions and dispositions.Some of his clients include Philips Medical Systems, Eden Bioscience, CarrAmerica, Bedford Property Investors, TIAA, SonoSite, Equity Office Properties and Solectron, to name a few. Paul began his career in 1988 at CB Commercial in Bellevue, where he worked until 1997, achieving top producer recognition throughout. In 1997, Paul became a founding Principal of Broderick Group, Inc.
