Matt has been in and around the Commercial Real Estate business for close to 7 years. For the past 3 years he has focused on Eastside leasing and sales for Broderick Group. He currently represents over 500,000 square feet of office and industrial space on the Eastside. Landlord clients include Legacy Partners, Kyle Development, Felton Properties and other local landlords. Matt also focuses on Tenant Representation where he has completed over 200 transactions in his short career. Clients include Dynamic Strategies, Alaska Structures, Gerding Edlen Development and Jordan Construction. Matt focuses on the needs of his clients and takes pride in his work ethic.
