Involved in the real estate industry since 1981, John's representation experience has resulted in some of the most significant lease and sale transactions in the Puget Sound Region. Major transactions include: 156,000 SF lease for Boeing Corporation at Opus Eastpointe in Issaquah, the sale of 110 Atrium Place for $33.7 million in downtown Bellevue, 116,000 SF lease for McCaw Cellular at Plaza at Yarrow Bay, the leasing of 480,000 SF at Wright Runstad's Sunset North Project, the leasing of 112th @ 12th, a 480,000 SF office complex in downtown Bellevue, and representing Equity Office in the leasing of seventeen buildings totaling over 2,000,000 square feet. John spent 16 years at CB Commercial and was recognized as a top producer for the company each year. In 1997, John became a founding Principal of Broderick Group, Inc.
