Jim has extensive experience in tenant representation - over 20 years. He has completed over 2 million square feet of leasing in the Puget Sound area, including the largest lease ever in downtown Bellevue, 262,000 SF for Onyx Software. His clients include Nordstrom, Onyx Software, Solucient and Cisco Systems. He has also represented Kemper Development Company for the last twelve years in the leasing of Bellevue Place and Lincoln Square. He has negotiated leases across the country in several major cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Chicago, Boston, New York, Atlanta and Dallas. Jim began his career at CB Commercial in 1983 and was recognized as a top producer. In 1997, Jim became a founding Principal of Broderick Group, Inc.
