A former CPA with Arthur Andersen, Jeff combines his analytical skills, negotiating skills and 15 years of real estate knowledge to expertly represent his clients. Since 1987 Jeff has specialized in tenant representation, project leasing and investment sales of office and high-tech properties. His clients include Cisco Systems, Vixel Corporation, NCR Corporation, Bedford Property Investors and Dean Witter Realty. Significant transactions include a 58,000 SF lease by Cisco Systems, a 42,000 SF lease by Vixel Corporation, the $20.5 million dollar sale of Kenyon Center and the $33.7 million dollar sale of 110 Atrium Place. Jeff began his career at CB Commercial's Bellevue, Washington office in 1987. In 1997, Jeff became a founding Principal of Broderick Group, Inc.
