Jason joined Broderick Group, Inc. at its inception in 1997 after two years at CB Commercial. Landlord representation has included Equity Office Properties, Hines Interests, Wright Runstad & Company, Bentall Corporation, Beacon Capitol and Legacy Partners. Tenant representation has included Washington Mutual, Veritas Software, Noridian Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Danka Corporation, GM Corporation, Cascade Engineering, Gerding Edlen and Martin, Birch, Buller & Flynn. Jason has sold properties for NCR Corporation, Transamerica Realty and Keystone Development. Jason was named Principal in 2001.
