Grant specializes in the leasing and sale of office and high tech properties on the Greater Eastside, focusing on both tenant and landlord representation. He has worked with a variety of clients including Sterling Realty Organization, Principal Global Investors, Kemper Development Company, Keystone Land & Development, Pokemon USA, Aerotek, Quardev and Technigraphics. Grant has worked with Broderick Group since 1998, and has been involved in over 120 lease and sale transactions in the last three years.
