Damon specializes in Office Leasing in Downtown Seattle where in the past four years he has been involved in over 600,000 square feet of lease transactions. He currently represents 2 million square feet of Class A office space. His Landlord clients include Equity Office Properties, Schnitzer Northwest and Weiss Jenkins Properties. Prior to joining Broderick Group in 2005, Damon spent two years as an office leasing broker at CB Richard Ellis in Downtown Seattle.
