Chris specializes in leasing and sales of high-tech, suburban office and industrial buildings on the Greater Eastside. With over 10 years experience, he has represented tenants and landlords in transactions totaling over 2 million square feet and sold over $200 million in investment sales. He continues to work with a variety of clients including CarrAmerica, Nintendo, Bedford Property Investors and RREEF. Chris began his career at CB Commercial where he received the Distinguished Achievement Award (Top First Year Producer). He has since been recognized by SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) as a "Broker of the Year" finalist in both 2000 and 2003.
