Involved in the real estate industry since 1984, Al's representation experience has been in project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales. Landlord representation includes CarrAmerica Corporation, Equity Office Properties, Taylor Development, Nintendo Corporation and TIAA. Tenant representation includes Spacelabs Medical, Boston Scientific, EMC2 Corporation and Allstate Insurance Company. Al was recognized as a top producer in his 16 years at CB Commercial. In 1997, Al became a founding Principal of Broderick Group, Inc.
