Joe Razore has been with Broderick Group since 2002. Over the years he has gained extensive experience in the competitive Eastside high-tech and office markets. Joe's superior market knowledge and real estate experience enable him to provide his clients with the necessary details to make quality decisions.
Joe has represented his clients in hundreds of lease transactions. Most recently he assisted Hines in the lease of the new world headquarters for Expedia.com, totaling 350,000 square feet in Tower 333. His purchase and sale transactions total more than $85 million and he was recognized by CoStar Property (an independent research company) for his top performance through his receipt of the 2007 Power Broker award.
Joe graduated from the University of Washington and resides in Bellevue with his wife and two children.
