Grant Yerke began his career with Broderick Group Inc. in 2000 after graduating from the University of Washington, where he majored in economics. With over eight years’ experience in commercial real estate, Grant has been involved in transactions representing over 300 companies and property owners.
Currently, Grant oversees the leasing for approximately 2 million square feet of Bellevue-area properties, and has experience in both landlord and tenant representative transactions spanning the Seattle and Eastside markets.
