Charlie Farra joined the Broderick Group in 2011 after spending two years at CB Richard Ellis. His area of focus is office leasing and sales in the downtown Seattle market.
Charlie has been involved in over 300,000 square feet of sales listings and represented such Fortune 500 tenants as Quaker/Pepsi Co. and Tyco, International. His market knowledge and negotiating skills make him a must-have resource in gaining the best possible outcome in real estate transactions.
Charlie is a graduate of The University of San Diego and Mercer Island High School. He currently lives in Seattle and spends his time coaching Mercer Island basketball, participating in athletics at the Washington Athletic Club and traveling.
