Prior to joining Broderick Group, Inc. in 2009, Eric began his professional career as a sales associate at The Pattison Group in Seattle. Since his move to commercial real estate, Eric has gained a vast understanding of the Eastside office and industrial markets. Eric is both a Redmond native and graduate of the University of Washington and as such, his vested interest in the area allows him to successfully represent a range of clients in all lease transactions. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golfing, Husky athletics and spending time with family and friends.
