Description:
Chris Langer began his career at CB Commercial where he received the Distinguished Achievement Award, which is presented to the company’s top first-year producer. He has since been recognized by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors as a “Broker of the Year” finalist in 2000, 2003, and 2004.
He brings to the table over 13 years’ experience. He has represented tenants and landlords in transactions totaling over 4 million square feet and produced over $400 million in investment sales.
Chris lives in Seattle with his wife and two children.
