Trevor Clark specializes in the Seattle office market. Over the past several years he has represented his clients in several hundred transactions including the corporate headquarters leases for some of the region’s prominent companies including: Coinstar Inc, Bluetooth SIG, Port Blakely Communities, Olympic Boat Centers and Cobalt Mortgage. He has also negotiated leases in several major markets throughout the country. Trevor’s market knowledge, in-depth financial analysis, and ability to formulate an effective transaction strategy has lead to the successful lease up of several office projects totaling over one million square feet throughout the greater Seattle area. He has also negotiated over $50 million of purchase and sale transactions. Trevor graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Finance and currently lives in Seattle with his wife and two children.
