Matt Schreck
Description:
Matt Schreck has been involved in commercial real estate for the majority of his professional life. Prior to joining Broderick Group in 2002, Matt was a leading regional sales manager for LoopNet Inc., a San Francisco-based online commercial real estate listing company.
For the past six years, Matt has focused on Eastside office and flex leasing and sales for Broderick Group. He currently represents over 1.5 million square feet of office space on the Eastside, including One Bellevue Center, Symetra Financial Center and West Willows Tech Center. Landlord clients include the Archon Group, Legacy Partners, and Felton Properties, Hemstreet Development, and other local landlords.
In 2007 Matt assisted in both the sale and acquisition of West Willows Tech Center, a 135,000 square foot flex campus in Redmond. Matt also represented Kyle Development in a 22,000 square foot office lease by Flyover Software in Issaquah.
Matt graduated from the University of San Diego and currently lives in Bellevue with his wife, Kelsey.
